I went off to get my bi-monthly haircut today. My buddy Gil lopped off a lot because he knows I'm traveling a bunch in the next month or two. But then we both realized his mistake when he was all done. He said, "honey, we know it's summer - just look at your hair!" Because of what the humidity did to the curls, it now looks about 4 inches shorter instead of just an inch or two trim..... Sigh. But I love it.

uh, did you end up with MY haircut? i never thought i would like short hair either but i do, even though it's definitely more work than long hair.
