BYO.... vinegar!
We will never go to a BYOB restaurant ever again unless we have at least two bottles of wine in the car. Not that we want to drink two whole bottles (which would create a problem driving home), but rather to ensure that we brought something drinkable! We went out for a belated birthday dinner on Saturday and the stuff we brought with us would have been better suited for salad dressing than for its quaffability (if that's a word). Ack. So there I am running across the parking lot in my high heels to speed off to the liquor store - that place is a whole other blog post in the making - so that I can have something other than water to wash down my really excellent dinner..... Sigh.

i think the wait staff would be giving you funny looks as you each walk in with your own bottle. You can hold of the 'are they alcoholics??' looks as long as you don't start taking swigs from the bottle directly.
