beautiful day

I spent part of my afternoon in some MLK day reflection. I did this by going on a run on a beautiful afternoon. Yes, on January 18th it was sunny and 50 degrees out. It certainly helped with the run/thinking. I returned home both exhilarated and humbled by those who came before me and who are most certainly far stronger than I will ever be.....
