We have spent the last five years trying to exorcise the previous owners out of this house. In the last two weeks we've made some progress. Inspired by Carol's choice in their new house, I chose an awesome orange for our little bathroom downstairs. Yes, I did sand off the cat hairs the previous owners painted into the wall. Half-#$%#ed jobs really piss me off. We still need to paint the trim and the inside of the door, but it is much improved. We also decided to send our dryer to the big appliance farm in the sky. It was pretty much sounding like it was going to barf a load of towels out onto the floor, or light the whole load on fire, so we struck preemptively. Carol reminded me that we found iguana scales in the dryer when we moved in five years ago. Thanks a lot! Bob doesn't like to be reminded of this, because he found the iguana that used to live here far cooler than the previous owners.....
