It's been a rough week with pre-admission testing on Wednesday, surgery on Thursday, and a recovery day today. However, there were some good things this week too. The light on the train on Wednesday morning was really nice. It's a big difference going in at 10:00am compared to 6:00am. JR picked the perfect time to call when I was waiting to be prepped for the OR on Thursday morning. And finally, the Big Lebowski was the perfect movie to chill out with during recovery today. I laughed so hard I had to take a break in the middle. Thank goodness I don't have any stitches to worry about. "You mean, the carpet pissers did it?"

Saturday, Donny, is Sabbath, the Jewish day of rest. That means that I don't work, I don't get in a car, I don't fucking ride in a car, I don't pick up the phone, I don't turn on the oven, and I sure as shit don't fucking roll on the Sabbath!
