When we went up to see the Anthonys over the weekend, Allison sacrificed 5-lbs of limes to make yummy margaritas. I tried a recipe for a Date-Nut Torte out of the Moosewood Cookbook. It was excellent, but the torte definitely didn't come out of the pan the way it was supposed to. Fortunately, it tasted good. And we covered any mistakes with whipped cream. Except for Bob, of course.
